New welfare plan for the leading manufacturer of freeze-drying chambers for the pharma industry
The 2023 financial year closes with a sales record for TEC-SIM srl, the Italian company engineering and manufacturing pressure vessels. With a turnover of almost ten million euros, TEC-SIM achieves a historic result in over forty years of activity.
This was made known by CEO Gabriele Da Re at the end of the annual approval of the budget. He also informed the board of directors that TEC-SIM currently has an order portfolio that covers the next nine months. On the occasion, Mr Da Re added that the growth in turnover is also having positive implications in terms of employment. In fact, the company has recorded an employee growth of seven new units in recent months. TEC-SIM’s result goes against the national trend which has seen a strong slowdown in the metalworking industry compared to 2022 though it is still positive.
Founded in 1983, TEC-SIM designs and manufactures stainless-steel pressure vessels, 90% of which go abroad. Also thanks to the company certifications, TEC-SIM equipment are all over the world, including the United States and China. Particularly, the Treviso-based company is a leader in the design and manufacture of freeze-drying chambers for the pharmaceutical industry, supplying the most important international companies of processing and packaging systems for the pharma industry.
‘TEC-SIM is a growing company and the employee growth is proof of this’ as the CEO commented. ‘In the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the TEC-SIM brand is a synonym with excellence, reliability and flexibility throughout the world. We are committed to ensuring that this value heritage is shared with our target market as well as within our workplace, in particular with the TEC-SIM team, which stands out for their technical skills and passion’ explained Mr Da Re.
To increase staff motivation and involvement TEC-SIM has recently developed a corporate welfare plan which includes, among other things, the optimization of remuneration policies with the introduction of incentives; the improvement of the organization system and of work spaces with a more precise organization chart and the revision of the production layout; the renovation of recreational spaces for breaks; continuous training for updating and development of individual and group skills.
‘We believe that a dynamic and stimulating professional environment allows TEC-SIM to become a sought-after workplace that can attract the best human resources in the area’ concluded Mr Da Re.
