TEC-SIM erhält ISO 9001-Zertifizierung
TEC-SIM’s voluntary ISO 9001 certification process was completed on Thursday 29th January. Thanks to Complaion’s personalized support, this important recognition was awarded by the independent certification body Scandinavian Certification AS headquartered in Norway.
For TEC-SIM, ISO 9001:2015 certification marks a significant formalization of its business processes. This quality certification represents a tool for adopting a more structured, clear, and replicable work methodology. It also improves internal organization, communication between departments, and process control. In addition to that, it increases credibility and visibility among potential clients as it proves reliability and a focus on quality.
What is a quality certification?
Quality certification consists of voluntary procedures by which independent third-party bodies declare that a product, process, service, or management system complies with a specific standard or regulatory document.
Quality certifications are divided into two categories:
- system certifications;
- product certifications.
